Alternative Education is Invaluable

As a neurodiverse individual (and longtime arts educator) I am confident that under the right circumstances, learning can be an invigorating process. The educational programs I develop are designed to address diverse learning needs, and to emphasize the benefits of:

  • Working collaboratively in small groups,

  • Participating in hands-on experiential learning activities

  • Engaging all 5 senses to enhance information retention.

Custom programs I design are packed full of skillbuilding opportunities that span the cognitive, emotional, social, and physical domains.

Environmental
Stewardship is Key

As a life-long environmentalist, I am focused on promoting environmental stewardship. Whether the focus is on food security and food sovereignty, circular waste management, renewable energy, animal welfare, or habitat management and restoration, environmentally motivated projects fill me with genuine excitement and joy.

Community is worth building

As an intersectional activist, I hope to inspire others to consider the accessibility of their programs and communication materials, to assess the impacts of their daily actions, and to deepen their engagement with the communities that sustain them. It is my goal to approach every interaction equipped with an open heart, a desire to learn and grow, and a set of well-honed critical thinking skills.
